Solution:
COPTIMAS became their unified onboarding hub. When a client signed a contract:

  • A Typeform triggered a COPTIMAS automation that created a CRM contact, project board, and client folder.
  • An AI agent sent a branded welcome email and WhatsApp message with next steps.
  • Tasks were auto-assigned to account managers, designers, and analysts with deadlines.
  • Weekly progress summaries were generated by the AI agent and shared with the client.
